1st Iranian Theatre Capacity Building Workshop (2007)

This in-country workshop in 2007 was undertaken with the support of British Council Iran and the Dramatic Arts Center Tehran. The 5-day workshop was led by Roger McCann (independent trainer and Theatre Officer with ACE SE) with support from Nelson Fernandez (Visiting Arts), Rose Fenton (independent Arts Producer, previously Director at LIFT), Stella Hall (Creative Director Newcastle Gateshead Initiative) and Gregory Thompson (Artistic Director, Tron Theatre Glasgow). Twenty-seven Iranian practitioners attended the workshop.
